For the past 5 years I have been working in San Francisco in and out of several scenes producing events and performing. That work has lead to the wonderful project I am focused on now called Honey Soundsystem. I have had DJ residencies at clubs like Mighty (mighty411.com), opened for artists like DJ Funk, Kid606, and Quintron and Miss Pussycat. I have DJ'd San Francisco Pride for the past 3 years, as well as organized and produced an unofficial "scene" compilation entitled Fear and Excitement in San Francisco (featuring a slew of local bands like Tussle, Clipd Beaks, Lemonade, Tussle, Mi Ami, and Bronze). My DJ sets range from traditional to unconventional performance, including my current project that involves a 40 minute video sync set inspired by the 1981 American film "Cruising."

In conjuntion with Leonardo Herrera, Homochic, is the overarching brand and production name for projects I am completing for the upcoming seasons. Launching in June 2008, Homochic represents a new San Francisco, and has its own approach to the subjects of music, art, politics, and sex.

From 2006 to the present, I have been the events manager and co-director of the Gray Area Gallery. In its original inception the gallery was located in the gritty and leather centric part of San Francisco called SOMA. Amongst management duties and events, I also curated a legendary night of fags, photographers, and phonics called Photorealness. The gallery had moved on and is currently embarking on exciting new locals, focuses, and projects.

Fancy: A Disco Circus Cabaret is just what it sounds like! Started by Christopher McVick (of Gemini Disco Fame) I was recently asked to get on board as a performer. Currently happening once a month, Fancy features outrageous odd-ball talent and on-stage hilarity. For one night a month I slip into my Fancy charachter, Meester Peeplay, a recently transplanted russian immigrant fish farmer. I speak very little english but am as friendly as can be, come say hello and do shot of vodka with me!
